In support of the Digital Transformation industry initiatives, our solutions streamline key aspects of each carrier’s business such as Shop & Enroll (also known as Quote to Card). These Shop & Enroll Payor solutions are utilized by multiple personas both internal to an organization, such as internal sales as well as external to an organization via various Portals such as Consumer, Broker, Employer and Member Portals.
Our project experience has shown that Shop & Enroll solutions are most often focused on the following lines of business – Medicare Advantage, Individual (IFP) On-Exchange/Off-Exchange, Small & Mid-Market Group, Medicare Supplemental, Medicare Gap along with support for other specialty sales channels.
